Job Description
Job Purpose

To source, attract, recruit and develop talented individuals to support talent retention across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment and development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Forecast workforce and assess talent needs to anticipate hiring and training requirements.
  • Create engaging job content and training material.
  • Lead onboarding processes including orientation and smooth transition for new hires.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with business leaders, talent partners, and professional organisations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment and onboarding processes.
Leadership Expectations
  • Demonstrate LEAD behaviours: Listen, Energise, Align, Develop.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and oversight to team members if leading a team.
  • Support risk and control management as part of the recruitment function.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience managing end to end recruitment in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills with senior leaders.
  • Proven track record of building and managing talent pipelines.
  • Experience driving process improvements and challenging existing practices.
  • Background in technical and/or Agile recruitment preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic organisational environment.
