What you will do:
- Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction strategies and psycho-social interventions
- Manage a caseload efficiently, providing structured one-to-one support and leading group programmes
- Conduct assessments, handle risk and safeguard issues with professionalism and care
- Work closely with external agencies, fostering robust partnerships to enhance support networks
- Operate independently but thrive within a small, dedicated team
- Communicate effectively, using your skills to motivate others and inspire change
Key Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering harm reduction and psycho-social interventions
- Proven ability to manage a caseload while offering structured support
- Familiarity with conducting thorough assessments, including risk management and safeguarding
- Strong collaboration skills for working with external partners
- Able to work autonomously while being an integral part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for motivating and inspiring change
