What you will do:

• Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction strategies and psycho-social interventions
• Manage a caseload efficiently, providing structured one-to-one support and leading group programmes
• Conduct assessments, handle risk and safeguard issues with professionalism and care
• Work closely with external agencies, fostering robust partnerships to enhance support networks
• Operate independently but thrive within a small, dedicated team
• Communicate effectively, using your skills to motivate others and inspire change

Key Experience Required:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering harm reduction and psycho-social interventions
• Proven ability to manage a caseload while offering structured support
• Familiarity with conducting thorough assessments, including risk management and safeguarding
• Strong collaboration skills for working with external partners
• Able to work autonomously while being an integral part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for motivating and inspiring change
