Recovery Support Worker: Empower Health & Independence

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker to provide person-centred support at Croft House, East Molesey. You'll help residents achieve goals, build life skills and maintain wellbeing in a 12 hour supported housing service.

This full-time, permanent role involves safeguarding, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with colleagues and external agencies to ensure safe, effective service delivery in line with our values of Kindness, Courage and Respect.
