Recovery Navigator for Drug & Alcohol Support

Change Grow Live in Greater Manchester Tameside is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support people affected by drug or alcohol use. Based at the Tameside office, you'll help individuals understand options, develop strengths and build a personalised recovery plan.

You will complete assessments and reviews, coordinate treatment with clinical and psychosocial interventions, and work with health services and partners. The role requires compassionate, listening-focused approach and strong IT skills.
