Recovery Motivator: Inspire Community Recovery & Engagement

Change Grow Live in Mansfield is seeking a Recovery Motivator to support delivering high quality, user-centred care within our Substance Misuse setting. You will help create an ambitious service-user focused culture, engage staff and contribute to first steps into employment.

This fixed-term, 12-month role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week), DBS approval, and a supportive team with development opportunities.
