Recovery Housing Services Team Manager

Phoenix Futures is seeking a proactive Team Manager for its Sheffield housing service, based near the City Centre, to support people in recovery from drug and alcohol misuse across multiple sites.

You will lead a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality, inclusive services and accommodation, with one-to-one support to identify strengths and goals and build recovery capital, including access to training, education and community support. A 9-5 role with an on-call rota applies.
