Recovery Focused Childcare Manager

Phoenix Futures is seeking a dedicated childcare professional in Sheffield to lead day-to-day care for children in a recovery-oriented residential service. You will ensure safeguarding, high-quality care, and positive parenting support while aligning with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
