Recovery & Harm-Reduction Keyworker

Cranstoun Group in Sutton is seeking an Inspire Keyworker to coordinate treatment for service users and support their recovery goals.

You will deliver assessment and engagement support, manage caseloads, contribute to harm reduction activities including needle syringe programme delivery, and apply problem solving to help people change their lives for the better. DBS enhanced disclosure applies.
