Recovery Advocate & Community Connector

Change Grow Live in Newham is looking for Recovery Champions to join a multi-disciplinary team and support people affected by drugs and alcohol. The role focuses on outreach, outreach to hard-to-reach groups, and coordinating with local services to empower recovery journeys.

The role requires lived experience of substance misuse, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Full-time hours (37.5/wk) with pro rata details for part-time positions.
