Job Title: Recon & Mako Clinical Assistant

The Recon & Mako Clinical Assistant will support the Recon Sales Team within the Eastern region and assist in planning and executing Mako surgeries with the surgeon, theatre team, and Senior MPS.

Territory: East of Ireland

Responsibilities

• Assist during orthopaedic procedures.
• Provide support and assist with demonstrations and training on company products.
• Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
• Help customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries.
• Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, competitor information, and environmental changes, and suggest ideas to improve product and company performance in the market.
• Assist sales representatives with the implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities in the area of responsibility.
• Attend relevant conferences and meetings.

Qualifications

• Science or Engineering graduate.
• Experience working in the orthopaedic theatre is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong drive, planning, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Ireland.
• Full training will be provided; travel required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full, clean driving licence (company car provided).
