Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

Location: Tooth Dr, Basildon

Position: Part-Time (4 days per week)

Are you a friendly, organised, and patient-focused individual looking to join a modern, growing dental practice? Tooth Dr Basildon is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to become an integral part of our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping guide patients through their treatment journey with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service.
• Managing appointments, phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception.
• Coordinating treatment plans and helping patients understand their options.
• Discussing treatment costs and finance options where appropriate.
• Liaising with clinicians to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with practice procedures.
• Building strong relationships with patients and encouraging long term loyalty.

• Experienced in reception, customer service, or dental practice administration (dental/TCO experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate).
• Familiar with SOE/Exact software (preferred but not essential).
