Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Receptionist to join our school. The successful candidate will possess the ability to prioritise and manage a frequently changing workload, possess good organisational skills, develop good working relationships with the Administration team and will be a responsible and reliable individual.

  • Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
  • Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection and reporting all concerns to an appropriate person

The Post is subject to a DBS Enhanced Disclosure, satisfactory references and pre-employment checks. An online search will be undertaken on all shortlisted candidates. Hours: 35 hours per week, Term Time plus TED days

Grade: Scale 2, Points 3-4 (£24,796 - £25,185 p.a) - Actual Salary - £20,153 p.a. - £20,926 p.a.
