Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer enquiries.
  • Process purchase and sales invoices efficiently.
  • Review and reconcile monthly statements.
  • Carry out daily banking duties, including recording transactions and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Complete nominal ledger reconciliations as required.
