Receptionist volunteer - Peace Hospice, Watford

Are you someone who loves to greet people with a smile and make them feel at ease? We're looking for friendly, compassionate volunteers to join our reception team at our outpatients building in St Albans.

Team Facilities

Likely hours Mon 1-4pm, Weds 1-4pm, Thurs 10-1pm and 1-4pm, Friday 1-4 pm. If you have some flexibility to cover other shifts from time to time that would be great.

We're looking for friendly, compassionate volunteer receptionists to join our team at our inpatient Unit in Watford, where every day is about kindness, dignity, and care. What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming visitors, patients, and families with warmth and empathy
• Answering phone calls and directing enquiries
• Helping with light administrative tasks
• Creating a calm, supportive environment at our front desk
