Located in the heart of Gstaad, The Mansard is the village's newest little gem, featuring elegant rooms, refined dining, and Gstaad's only rooftop bar with breathtaking views.

Introduction
  • Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Providing warm, attentive, and professional service at the bar and lounge area

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with guests in a natural and friendly manner

  • Ensuring bar mise en place, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after service

  • Managing stock, handling deliveries, and supporting inventory control

  • Respecting hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards

  • Working closely with the Chef de Bar, service, kitchen, and management teams

  • Supporting events and special evenings (e.g. Rooftop events, private functions)

What to expect:
  • Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service (hotel experience preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional languages are a plus ideally French)

  • Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented personality

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Good computer skills and experience with hotel reservation systems (Apaleo)

  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach

  • Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a luxury hospitality environment

  • The candidate should ideally reside in the Saanenland, as the hotel does not provide staff accommodation. Therefore, having independent housing arrangements is required.
