Salary: £28,000 plus bonuses

Location: Devonshire Square, Central London - 5 days onsite

Working from ManpowerGroup's flagship Devonshire Square office, you'll be the face of the business, ensuring colleagues, clients, and visitors receive a first class experience while helping keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Role Summary

The Receptionist / Office Coordinator is responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming front of house experience while supporting the day to day operations of our Devonshire Square office.

You'll act as the first point of contact for visitors, manage office facilities and suppliers, coordinate meetings and events, support workplace experience initiatives, and provide general administrative support across the business. This is a highly visible role that requires excellent organisation, strong customer service skills, and the confidence to engage with people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and signpost visitors, clients, and colleagues, ensuring an exceptional front of house experience.
  • Manage visitor and employee access passes.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, set up, and room turnover throughout the day.
  • Arrange refreshments and catering for meetings and events.
  • Ensure meeting room technology is operational and ascend any issues where required.
  • Manage incoming calls, post, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Liaise with building management, maintenance providers, and cleaning contractors to ensure a high quality workplace environment.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, stationery, refreshments, and kitchen stock.
  • Coordinate office services, including coffee machines, water systems, and confidential waste collections.
  • Process and reconcile office related invoices.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport when required.
  • Support workplace compliance activities, including First Aider and Fire Warden records.
  • Provide administrative support to teams across the Devonshire Square office.
  • Take ownership of workplace queries and proactively seek solutions to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Experience, Behaviours & Competencies
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Office Coordinator, Front of House, Workplace Experience, or Administrative role.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and confident communication style.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
