Receptionist, Malmaison - £12.97 / 16 hours • Permanent • Newcastle

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our hotel and deliver high standards of service to guests.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly guest experience and handle queries of all shapes and sizes with a natural hospitality charm.
• Be the first and last person guests see, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring everything has gone above and beyond before they depart.
• Strive to deliver excellent service that makes guests smile and feel valued.
