Your role

Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information

Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly

Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently

Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front of house experience

Experience in a customer service setting

Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook

Warm and approachable with strong people skills

Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently

Caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to make a positive difference
