Pareto FM is looking for a professional, approachable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join one of our client sites.
This is a key front-facing role where you'll help create a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, tenants, contractors, and colleagues while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.

The RoleAs a Front of House Team Member, you'll act as the face of the workplace - managing reception services, supporting workplace operations, and ensuring every visitor receives a positive experience.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, coordination, and operational support, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working within a professional team environment.
What You'll Be Doing Front of House & ReceptionActing as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
Delivering a professional and welcoming experience at all times
Managing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing passes where required
Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
Responding to workplace requests, queries, and issues in a timely manner
Managing internal systems including meeting room bookings and access passes
Supporting with workplace events and evening setup when required
Carrying out general administrative duties and maintaining accurate records
Logging incidents and maintaining site documentation
Supporting facilities administration, reports, and compliance paperwork
Assisting the Workplace Manager with ad-hoc operational support
Participating in an on-call rota if required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Calm, professional, and proactive approach in customer-facing environments
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic IT skills including email and Microsoft 365
Flexible approach with willingness to support workplace events where needed
Previous experience within front of house, reception, facilities, or security roles
Knowledge of Health & Safety or building security procedures
Experience working within a 5-star customer service environment
Professional, friendly, and well-presented
Reliable, trustworthy, and security-conscious
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
