Are you an experienced receptionist available for a short-term assignment within a professional services environment? We're recruiting for Receptionist on behalf of a well-established firm based near to the Shirley area. This is a full-time temporary role working Mon Fri, 9am 5pm and paying an hourly rate of £14.00 per hour.

This is a great opportunity to step into a polished, client-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front of house experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist role:
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handling and directing incoming calls
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Keeping accurate visitor records and following security procedures
  • Providing light administrative support, including scheduling appointments
  • Supporting with general reception duties as required
Requirements for the receptionist role Include:
  • Previous reception/front of house experience is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Professional presentation and approach
