Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Meet and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Manage daily appointments using CRM/PRS and re schedule as required.
- Open and lock the venue, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
- Validate attendees through door entry management and direct claimants appropriately.
- Provide directions to claimants and their families, including knowledge of local transport.
- Execute day to day organisational and administrative duties, such as data entry and maintaining CRM/PRS systems.
- Create, complete, and upload required documents to the H&S System CASPER as a site champion.
- Maintain business office supplies and keep an up to date inventory of stationery.
- Ensure the venue is kept to a professional standard and that all visitors feel welcome and comfortable.
- Actively contribute to strategic management and development of the business.
- Experience as a receptionist and customer service role.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Experience in conflict resolution and de escalation techniques in face to face environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly, polite, and approachable disposition.
- Good time management skills and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Willingness to attend all training and development courses.
The Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC). The purpose of the assessment is to understand how an illness or disability affects a person's daily life. After the assessment, the DWP/DfC decides whether the individual will receive any benefits.
