What your day will look like?

You will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive, providing friendly and efficient service, handling check ins and check outs, managing requests, and ensuring any feedback is addressed effectively. Demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and great knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities. In this role, you'll also support smooth daily operations by completing administrative tasks accurately, liaising with other departments, and stepping in to assist where needed.

The ability to multitask and prioritise is important, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, produce quality work and be flexible to work shifts.
