Job Description
About the role 
A friendly welcome at reception sets the tone for a great stay at Crieff Hydro, so you'll have personality and positivity by the bucket load. You'll deal with guest check ins, resolve any issues, and be able to upsell the resort and all the exciting activities Crieff Hydro has to offer.
What we need from you- Previous customer service experience, and ability to deal with any issues in a caring and helpful manner.
- Good systems savvy, and if you've worked with Maestro or a similar booking system, even better.
- Work varied shift patterns, with the earliest start time of 8 am and latest finish 10 pm.
- Full time (40 hours per week), permanent position.
- Live in accommodation available.
- Up to £12.71 per hour.
- Live in accommodation - on site, affordable housing with bills included may be available. Most rooms are single occupancy with an ensuite, though this isn't guaranteed. Availability and rates (set by HMRC) can be discussed at interview.
