Cheval Collection is excited to announce an opportunity for a receptionist to join our dynamic and motivated team of hospitality professionals at Cheval Knightsbridge.
Our apartments are situated in various locations around the Knightsbridge village and are full of character, each mews house, townhouse, apartment or cottage boasts its own personality and style of décor.
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our dedicated front office team. This role is essential to the smooth and efficient running of the front desk, ensuring consistently high standards of service throughout the guest journey. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest arrival and departure, including registration, key distribution, apartment induction, allocation, payment collection, invoice generation, and account reconciliation.
You will provide accurate information, thoughtful advice, and timely responses to guest enquiries, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and seamless. You will also help maintain the safety and security of the building, contributing to a safe and hospitable environment for all residents and visitors.
As the welcoming face of the residence, you will bring a warm, professional, and approachable demeanour to every interaction. This is a varied and fast paced role that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is desirable, along with excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.

We want you to apply for this role if you have:- Previous experience as a receptionist within a 5 luxury service environment.
- PMS systems (Opera / Unifocus) and strong computer literacy.
- Good written and spoken level of English, proficiency in Arabic is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Good knowledge of London and its surroundings.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Have a friendly, professional and warm manner
- Can build excellent relationships with guests
- Flexible attitude
- Able to work on own initiative or within a small team
This role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, with weekend work required.
