What you'll do- Deliver a professional five star service to all guests, visitors, and clients at all times.
- Manage meeting and event bookings accurately using the appropriate booking systems and procedures.
- Ensure all administration for visiting clients is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact, handling switchboard calls in line with company standards.
- Prepare meeting and dining rooms to client specifications, ensuring rooms are clean, organised, and fully operational.
- Provide first line audio visual and videoconference support, assisting clients with meeting room technology when required.
- Conduct regular checks of meeting spaces and equipment to maintain high presentation and operational standards.
- Report faults, maintenance concerns, or technical issues promptly through the appropriate helpdesk channels.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and departments to ensure all booking and event requirements are delivered successfully.
- Follow all company security procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support management with additional reasonable duties within the scope of the role when required.
- Previous experience within corporate reception, hospitality, or customer focused environments.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, service driven attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities effectively.
- High levels of IT competence, including Microsoft Office and room booking systems.
- Confidence in supporting audio visual and videoconferencing equipment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Attention to detail to ensure meeting spaces, administration, and customer experiences are delivered to the highest standard.
- Ability to remain calm, proactive, and solution focused in a busy corporate environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards at all times.
