Job Description
This is a busy and varied front of house position, offering the opportunity to take responsibility for creating a professional and welcoming first impression for all clients and visitors. Working closely with another Receptionist and an Office Assistant, you will ensure Reception is covered throughout the day by alternating weekly shifts (8:30am-4:30pm / 10:00am-6:00pm). The role includes meeting and greeting clients, managing incoming calls, preparing and maintaining meeting rooms, handling post and deliveries, and supporting wider administrative tasks across the Operations team. You may also assist with occasional internal or marketing events.
Key responsibilities- Deliver a professional front of house service, greeting clients, managing calls and maintaining a welcoming Reception area.
- Prepare and organise meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, well presented and fully equipped.
- Handle incoming post, scanning and distributing it appropriately, and assist with general office enquiries.
- Support day to day operations by replenishing supplies, updating staff movement information and reporting facilities issues.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Operations, IT & Administration and Compliance teams when required.
