Receptionist

As a Receptionist at Crerar Hotels, you need to be friendly, efficient, and motivated. If you thrive as the welcoming face of the hotel and take pride in being the first point of contact, you'll be a perfect fit for our customer focused reception team. We're looking for someone who excels at creating fantastic customer experiences, with a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a strong phone manner. A can do attitude and experience in the hospitality industry will give you a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality service.
• Manage guest enquiries.
• Answer calls.
• Handle daily banking tasks.
• Work with hotel booking and CRM systems.
• Upsell the hotel's amenities to enhance the guest stay.
