Receptionist - Guest Experience & Upsell Focus

Bespoke Hotels is recruiting a Receptionist to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for delivering efficient, courteous service to guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, and supporting the front desk operations to ensure total guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, at least one year of hospitality experience, and familiarity with PMS Guestline/Rezlynx.
