Receptionist - Blatchington Manor

South Coast Nursing Homes is an established and successful, family owned and managed, care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex.

We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds with the recent opening of a new Nursing home in central Worthing. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours - day and night, for long and short-term stays.

South Coast Nursing Homes are recruiting for a Receptionistto join the team at our team at Blatchington Manor - Seaford

Hours: 30 hrs per week - Average - Will include alternate weekends:

Wk 1 - Monday and Tuesday (9-5) Saturday and Sunday (10-4)

Wk 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (9-5)

Suitable applicants would have reception experience and the ability to support in administration tasks.

Duties:

• Providing front of house reception and resident support as appropriate.
• Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages and passing to the relevant person.
• Providing necessary administrative support to the Manager and team.
• Arranging visits for families and residents.
• Creating daily planners
• Arranging transport
• Liaising with agencies to book care staff as and when required
