Receptionist - Antrim hospital

First Choice are currently recruiting for a Receptionist based at Antrim Hospital. This is a part-time role working 16-20 hours per week on a 4-week rota basis. Shifts are Monday to Friday either 9:00am-4:00pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm, with weekend shifts of 2:30pm-8:30pm. Candidates will be required to work one weekend per month. The pay rate is £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday, £17.92 for Saturdays, and £23.26 for Sundays.

Duties will include managing the front reception area, directing patients and visitors, dealing with general enquiries and correspondence, answering calls and queries promptly, handling complaints professionally, and assisting with car park and access control queries. Applicants should have excellent communication and customer service skills, good organisational ability, and experience working in a busy reception or administrative environment.

What we need from you:

• Relevant experience working within a Clerical/ Receptionist role
• An ability to answer high volume calls
• An ability to deal with private and sensitive information
• Willingness to undertake an Access NI Check
