The Role

We are seeking a welcoming, professional, and guest-focused Reception Supervisor to join an ultra-professional Front of House team.

In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the Reception Manager to oversee day-to-day desk operations, drive service excellence, and mentor the front desk team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise front desk staff, monitor performance, and lead by example to encourage exceptional guest care.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily Front of House tasks, ensure compliance with brand standards, and manage smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.

  • Training & Development: Support ongoing team training, coaching, and onboarding to nurture talent within the department.

  • Guest Experience: Act as a central point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, warm, and memorable stay.

  • Departmental Support: Work directly alongside the Reception Manager to maintain high operational standards across the entire department.
