Reception Supervisor

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

As Reception Supervisor at Estelle Manor, you will be accountable for the smooth daily operations of the reception desk, leading our team of Hall Hosts and Rooms Coordinators. As a leader for our receptionists, you will help to motivate and develop the team, creating an environment where colleagues can thrive. With a genuine passion for hosting, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanour, you will be strongest of ambassadors for the front office team here at Estelle Manor.

Who we are looking for?

• Previous reception experience within a luxury hotel, and highly proficient in implementing SOPs.
• Experience in a front office supervisory capacity is essential.
• Experience working with Opera or Opera Cloud will be hugely advantageous.
• A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £38,000 per annum compromising of a base salary of £35,000 per annum plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in service charge and gratuities.
