Reception Supervisor - Lead Front Desk & VIP Service

The Grand Hotel Birmingham on Colmore Row is a historic, Grade II listed property offering 185 bedrooms, a glamorous lounge, a French-flair brasserie and eight meeting rooms including a grand ballroom. As Reception Supervisor, you'll support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) involves a mix of early and late shifts, with weekend rota coverage.
