Reception SEN Teaching Assistant: Small-Group Support (1:3)

Connex Education is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary school in Alvechurch, Worcestershire. The role is full-time, supporting three Reception-aged children with SEN and helping them settle into school life.

You will deliver tailored learning activities, promote communication and positive behaviour, and work closely with teachers and the SEN team to create a caring, supportive learning environment.
