Reception Manager: Lead Patient Care & Team Scheduling

We are a small, friendly NHS GP practice located just off the vibrant Kings Road in Chelsea. We are part of the Brompton PCN.

This is a Full-time Reception Manager role (37.5 hours per week) with shifts 8am-4pm and 10:30-6:30, leading the reception team and handling patient queries. The ideal candidate will have experience using System One in a GP setting, strong English, excellent communication, and solid organisational skills.
