Overview 
An amazing opportunity to join the Front of House team at The May Fair Hotel as a Reception Manager.
Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth running of the lobby operation, maintaining a high level of service and exceeding expectations.
- Focus on service delivery and guest satisfaction is paramount.
- Lead and motivate the lobby team to establish a highly motivated, winning team.
- Proven track record of overseeing a busy reception as a reception supervisor or hotel duty management experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
- Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
