In September 2026, we are opening the doors to a brand-new, purpose-built EYFS facility surrounded by expertly landscaped grounds. Following the incredible success of our Key Stage 1 launch in 2025, our pre-prep pupil roll has already exceeded expectations.

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and nurturing Reception Teacher to join our "brilliant" team. This isn't just a teaching job; it's a chance to be a founding architect of our new EYFS provision, shaping the culture and curiosity of our very first cohort.

We are looking for a practitioner who believes that magic happens at the intersection of enquiry, exploration, and inclusion. You will be someone who:

  • Inspires Wonder: Turns every day into a journey of discovery for our 4 and 5-year-olds.
  • Champions Excellence: Maintains high expectations while ensuring every child feels safe, seen, and supported.
  • Collaborates: Works hand-in-hand with our talented Level 3 Teaching Assistants to create a seamless learning experience.
  • Connects: Builds warm, professional partnerships with parents to bridge the gap between home and school.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Mastery: Plan and deliver a vibrant EYFS curriculum that challenges and excites.
  • The Learning Environment: Curate a stimulating, age-appropriate space (inside and out!) that promotes independence and strong outcomes.
  • Progress Tracking: Use insightful formative and summative assessments to ensure every child makes excellent progress.
  • Holistic Care: Foster the wellbeing, health, and happiness of your pupils, acting as a pillar of the School's Values.
  • Professionalism: Maintain accurate registers, engage in proactive supervision/appraisal, and contribute to the wider life of the Pre-Prep.
