Reception & Customer Support Adviser

Citizens Advice Newcastle is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Services Adviser to join our busy team in Newcastle City Library. You will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming reception, managing appointments and assisting with enquiries to support our advice services.

You will also offer administrative support to staff and volunteers, keep accurate records and help ensure clients receive excellent service in a busy community setting.
