  • Work closely with nursing, clinical and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Help maintain accurate records and support reporting and audit activities.
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting our valued Reception Volunteers.
What We're Looking For

  • The ability to prioritise work and remain calm in a busy environment.
  • A flexible and positive approach to teamwork.

Experience within a healthcare, hospice or NHS setting and knowledge of EMIS or other clinical systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Why Join Trinity Hospice?

At Trinity Hospice & Brian House, you'll be joining a team that is passionate about making every moment matter for patients and their families.

In return, we offer:
  • 38 days annual leave (pro rata), including Bank Holidays
  • Access to health and wellbeing support
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity benefits
  • Pension Scheme or NHS Pensions can be transferred

In addition to our benefits, we also provide a supportive workplace culture and a caring environment where your administrative skills, compassion and professionalism can make a real impact.
