Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist & Admin Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members at our Bermondsey, Tower Bridge location.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day to day operations by managing front desk activities, maintaining office organisation, and providing administrative support to various teams. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
- Manage visitor logs and issue access passes as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when needed.
- Provide basic clerical support to teams, including data entry and filing.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are presentable and organised.
- Assist in preparing materials and refreshments for meetings and events.
- Liaise with facilities management for repairs and maintenance issues.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front of house role, ideally in a creative or professional environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google.
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Consistent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM shift
