Reception/ Administrator

We are recruiting for Reception Administrator
This is a Part time position
The salary will depend on the skills and experience of the candidate.
Main duties of the jobKey responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Answering telephone calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing patient enquiries
- Liaising with external healthcare providers such as hospitals and pharmacies
- Carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support patient care
- Completing all required mandatory training within designated timeframes and maintaining up to date certifications as required for the role
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a GP practice
EMIS clinical system trained

We are a friendly, supportive, training practice that has a record of good performance against local and national requirements, as well as a committed multi professional team.
Qualifications- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Administrative experience (preferred)
- EMIS Web experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a GP practice
- EMIS clinical system trained
