Real-Time WFM Performance Analyst

AXA in Little Island, Cork seeks a Real Time & Performance Analyst to monitor intraday performance across Customer Care channels, manage queue health and staff allocations, and support rapid decision-making for improved service levels.

You will work with Operations, Team Managers and WFM colleagues to produce real-time insights, reforecasts and actionable recommendations that sustain operational stability and customer satisfaction.
