Real-Time Data Platform & AI Automation Lead

Favia is seeking a senior data platform lead to head the streaming and data platform layer, designing systems to move, transform, and serve data in real time across trading, analytics, and product systems.

You will own the architecture for high-volume data stacks using Spark, Kafka, Iceberg, RisingWave, and Apache Flink, and drive AI-powered automation and self-healing infrastructure while mentoring a team of senior engineers.
