Real Estate Valuation & Performance Analytics Lead

The Crown Estate is seeking a Senior Manager - Valuation and Performance Analytics to lead governance of valuation activity and translate complex data into clear insights for decision-makers. You will drive performance measurement, reporting and improvements across a diverse UK property portfolio.

You will combine RICS valuation expertise with commercial acumen, delivering authoritative market insight to senior stakeholders and supporting investment, development and asset management decisions.
