Job Description

The Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer will be:

• Creating and maintaining precedents and practice notes, focusing on commercial property matters
• Developing and enhancing document automation and AI-powered due diligence templates
• Providing timely legislative, case law, and policy updates relevant to the Real Estate team
• Designing and delivering engaging training sessions and workshops to develop fee earners' expertise
• Supporting the continuous improvement of the team's know-how and operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer should have ideally 5+ PQE(please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying)

• A strong background in real estate law within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and manage legal documentation effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide training and guidance.
• Strong knowledge of current developments in the field of real estate.
• A proactive approach to knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
• Qualified solicitor or equivalent qualification.
