A growing regional law firm in Leicester is looking for an experienced Real Estate Partner to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate lawyer to take on a senior role with genuine involvement in growing the team, developing client relationships and expanding the firm's real estate practice.
You will:
- Handle a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant and asset management work.
- Advise developers, investors, landlords, tenants and corporate clients on complex real estate matters.
- Lead and manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Develop strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Help grow and shape the real estate team.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers.
- Play an active role in the strategic development of the firm's real estate offering.
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor/Partner with:
- Strong technical real estate and commercial property experience.
- Significant experience across commercial property transactions.
- Excellent client and communication skills.
- A commercial and proactive approach.
- Proven business development and networking experience.
- Ambition to help grow a successful real estate practice.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- £100,000-£150,000 salary.
- Growing Leicester-based regional firm.
