Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - Bristol

This opportunity for a commercial real estate paralegal is with a leading real estate team in their Bristol office. The team deals all aspects of estate management work such a property investment, large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds.

The Role:

• Dealing with licences to assign and licences for alterations
• Drafting deeds of variation and deeds of easement
• Preparing sale contracts and transfers for conveyancing matters
• Reviewing leases
• Ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations

Your Experience:

• You must have experience in real estate transactions
• Experience in dealing with large workload is paramount.
