Real Estate Paralegal

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support our busy Commercial Property team in handling a broad range of matters including landlord and tenant transactions, property finance, acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and management, regearing, rent reviews, and property aspects of corporate transactions.
  • Work closely with Partners, Legal Directors, Solicitors, and Trainees on high-value and complex matters across various sectors.
  • Develop expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in commercial property law.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to business development and networking.
  • Experience working with corporate teams on property aspects of business transactions is desirable.
  • An existing client following would be highly advantageous.
