A leading London law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded Real Estate Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate) to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. This permanent position offers the chance to work on complex mixed-use developments and regeneration projects for a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, and institutional landlords.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer with a strong interest in mixed-use development and complex property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your work and provide commercial, pragmatic advice tailored to clients' objectives.
• Work on high-value developments, regeneration projects, and investment transactions.
• Advise on a range of matters including asset management, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and joint ventures.
• Support clients through all stages of the transaction, from pre-acquisition due diligence to completion and post-completion management.
• Engage directly with clients, ensuring smooth delivery and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Ideal candidate / Qualifications

• 4-7 years' PQE gained in a leading commercial real estate practice.
• Strong experience in complex developments, regeneration projects, and mixed-use real estate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice.
• Confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior lawyers and partners.
• You will be proactive, commercially aware, and capable of taking ownership of your work, while contributing to a team known for its high-quality, client-focused approach.
