• Acquisition and development finance
• Refinancing and restructuring
• Investment and structured real estate finance
• Acting for lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders
• Drafting and negotiating security documents and ancillary finance documentation

You will work closely with colleagues across the wider real estate and finance teams, contributing to complex transactions while building and strengthening client relationships.The Ideal CandidateYou will:

• Be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 3+ years' PQE in real estate finance
• Have strong technical expertise and a commercial, solutions-focused approach
• Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation and client-handling skills
• Be motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
